If you encounter challenging situations as a doctoral researcher, please don't hesitate to reach out to the Aallonhuiput board members. Remember, you are not alone. 

Marius, Fereshteh, and Rebecca are actively involved in advocacy work and are here to support you. 

Urgent Matters

For urgent issues related to your doctoral education and if you have a valid contract, please directly contact Minna Söderqvist. She oversees the university-level doctoral education services and is here to ensure you receive the support you need promptly.

Survey

As a doctoral researcher, you'll encounter various surveys. We partiularly encourage you to participate in these 3, exclusively administered by the doctoral education services (DES), which directly enhance Aalto University's doctoral education through your feedback.

1. Admission Survey: Sent to you when you are admitted. 

2. Follow-up Survey: Sent to you annually at the end of the year in December.

3. Graduate Survey: Sent to you when you graduate.

All surveys are GDPR compliant (EU general data protection regulation). Thank you in advance for your participation!
